We are Molly and Ruby, owners of MochaTado, a horse-box converted coffee trailer founded in February 2024. Through a shared passion of quality coffee, we want every coffee we serve to be of the highest quality. Therefore, every morning we dial in our grinders to make sure our espresso shots run between 25 and 30 seconds.
